RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We manufacture quality products, which is confirmed by the Quality Certificate. But we understand that sometimes the product needs to be returned or exchanged.
We accept the request from the buyer for exchange and return within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the parcel.
All goods must be in new condition, without signs of use and in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and products that were manufactured to the individual order of the buyer.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
