CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
By registering/making a purchase on the Store's website, the Buyer agrees that the Store may use personal data for:
- provision of services directly related to the activities of the Store (delivery of goods to the address, notification by e-mail or WhatsApp);
- customer support at the Buyer's request;
- notification of the Buyer about the services, news and advertising offers of the Store by means of electronic messages (only at the request and with the consent of the Buyer);
- notification of the Buyer about the current status of the order by e-mail or WhatsApp.
The Store can collect, store and use the following personal data specified by the Buyer when registering/making a purchase:
- name and surname;
- e-mail address (e-mail);
- phone number;
- delivery address, postal code;
- purchases and goods - order history and details.
The Buyer's personal data is stored on the Store's secure server. The Store undertakes to take all appropriate measures to ensure the safety and protection of the Buyer's personal data.
At any time, the buyer can independently make changes to his personal data in the Personal account. The changes made will be reflected in the next order. Orders made before the changes will contain personal data with outdated information.
To delete his personal data, the Buyer informs the store in any convenient way of his request to delete the data specified during registration/making a purchase. The store undertakes to delete all personal data of this Buyer within three days.
